Note :We are unable to clean area rugs that exhibit pre-existing damage or mold, as they may sustain further damage during the cleaning process. If you opt to have the rugs cleaned at home, it must be performed on a flat concrete surface, such as a garage or unfinished basement. For optimal results, we recommend utilizing our shop services, where we will gladly provide complimentary pickup and delivery for your convenience.
